The Horticulture Industry Scheme - THIS is a social entreprise working with those who have had contact with the judicial system by giving offenders and ex-offenders training and employment opportunities. They grow salad leaves and edible flowers, which are sold to local restaurants. THIS hopes to improve individuals' opportunities to work and to demonstrate to the workforce, their families and society that past mistakes do not have to seal future lailures. As part of the lived-brief project, this poster was created for their crowdfunding campaign.
